Yeah I Just bought a prepaid t616 from cingular, and I was wondering if i can buy ringtones games themes etc. online
and do i need the internet on myself phone to do this

yeah to download polyphonic ringtones or games you have to use wap.it doesnt cost much though

tagtag.com/themobilegalaxy is good for free polytones
