> HELP, my t610 won't start

hello esato,
i've got a t610 that just won't start completely. it's a vodafone series phone with W19 manufacturing week. was loading a downloaded skin one day and the phone froze, i brought to the local Sonyericsson service center. they reflashed the firmware of the phone but it didn't work. it just starts up then freezes 2/3rds of the way in the "please wait" screen then reboots again and freezes 2/3rds of the way in the "please wait" and reboots then freezes 2/3rds....
i've brought it to several more service centers and they can't seem to fix it. they said software was unavailable. i'm in the philippines.
does anyone know how to solve this problem? really desperate? please help!

Yes ask for a new one, if the phone continues of crashing and if any SE center can't help you, you have the right to exchange the the faulty phone

but last week i was typing a sms when someone called me, when i pressed answer the phone 'froze'
it didn't answer the call nor would any buttons work after that...
i waited 3 min before turning power off...
when i turn back on again there was a wait of about 40sec before the pin screen came up, then when i eventually got in the unsent sms was still there saved, however almost all of the phone options became very very laggy?
it was like this for a while now.. is my phone damaged?
