hi - I've no problem connecting my P800 (R1A, first generation) to my PC at home (Win XP Pro). Everything works without a hitch - sync, file browsing, backup and restore...all flawless.
Completely different story on my 2 PC's in office, also running Win XP Pro.
When I put P800 on the cradle, PC detects it and asks me if I want to perform the backup. Upon confirmation, PC Suite opens up and then it just hangs while trying to connect to phone. Same goes for Sync or file browsing - phone is detected initially, connection established a few seconds later it's lost.
Same happens on my other PC in the office...what is going on here?
I have the latest PC Suite installed and phone works without any other problems.
