Hi all,

I started using IM+ for my ICQ and MSN messaging needs. However, i'm experiencing crashes regularly in the midst of messaging. Does anybody know the problems i'm having? Issit because of my phone firmware?

Need some enlightenment from you experts.
Cheers,
Sparhawk

I've been interested in this software for a while, how does it work in terms of payment? I mean, if it's GPRS, then I guess I'll be charged by Kb, but how intensive is it?

It's not particularly intensive; obviously this was a concern I had prior to using it, but look at it this way - you're exchanging text; 1Kb = 1024 characters = 180 words = 10-15 sentences (?), plus a little data-handshaking along the way.... The registration itself is $19.99, which I confess I have yet to do (largely because my recent usage has dropped to nil). I do intend to register it tho'.

I'm no-longer an avid fan of IM+.

I bought it almost 2 months ago, to use with my MSN, Yahoo and ICQ friends.

Worked fine for a week and then Yahoo started crashing the app on connect. So I sent in a crash report and got a "Thanks - we'll look into it" reply.

Then it would crash when vibration was set on (either on or 2 shakes or above). Sent in a report. "Thanks".

A month goes by. I write back. "We're still looking into it - we'll let you know when we're done".

Another month goes by. AgileMessenger looks better and better...

I'm not holding out hope for this app - I get the feeling that they've got my 20 euros and are now satisfied.

Glad one of us is...

please understand you do not have the right to place such unforgiving words in a direction aimed at misleading public opinion - kindly retreat to beneath the shrubbery area from which you hastenly leaped, perhaps another time you may represent the smartphone majority but untill then kindly find your happiness developing a more positive warm sense towards relatives or other wise friendly people,

..What was the question again?

Was that a bar of soap?

no, it was my neighbours gonads
