Would suggest you to have a look at Samsung SPH-i500. Its the first phone with Palm OS and 3 micro processors in it. A complete PDA with phone solution.

I think it's better to buy a new Ipaq (if you already have a t610), in my opinion the p800 is a very good phone-pda combination, but lets be honest you can't miss with the most advanced phone (t610) and with the most advanced pda (ipaq h5500), I have the p800 but that's because I don't like to carry two things in my pocket, but if that isn't the problem go with h5500 and t610

true... what do you use your PDA for.
as for me the P800 is a good enough PDA for me and can do more then what I would ask for. As a true pda would have features that I would not use!
Just a question. is that samsung a touch screen?? I thought it was not but I think I am wrong.

Hmmm, masseur usually dives straight into threads like this... Cooooeeeeee, masseur, your knowledge of PDAs is requested!!
IMO, if you have the T610 already, just get a replacement

PDA. If you had nothing to start with, I'd say go for the P800. So saying, the only limitation of the P800 that I see in the context of your question is that the P800 is currently unable to edit MS Office files (however, PDAs can't do this to my satisfaction yet either). Also, it's in-built email client functions well, but could do with being more advanced (e.g. displaying html), whilst the insistence of all

P800 apps NOT to have a quit/exit function is very poor...

Cheers people, kind of like the idea of an all in one devise. Dont particularly want to carry two things around with me. Just wondered how practical the P800 was, the PDA was predominately used for contacts and appointments as opposed to syncing with outlook etc.

In that case, the P800 is spot on (and it syncs contacts/addresses with Outlook **Express** pretty well too).

Go for the P800 mate, I went from a Sony Clié + T68i to one and it's a far better all in one solution.
