I have a problem with my P800. Whenever i try to access a function from the applications and error message "corrupted" is shown. I dont have a clue what happened to it.
I cannot therefore use any functions.
The mobile is useless.
Does anybody know what i can do pls???
What happens if i format it??
Please help me. I've had the phone for just 10 days and dont know what to do know.

formattign will reset the phone to the factory settings.
make sure you back up all your numbers and anythign else you wanna keep.
then with flip closed, do this:
up, *, down, down, *, down, *
the up and down being scrolling the jog dial.. and the * being the bottom left key ont he keypad...
it should fix any probems... but if they continue, youll need to see a service centre.

Thats right - that should do the trick....
if the problem persists, contact a service centre...
