I am using a motorolla bluetooth headset with my T68i. I find that the volume is not as loud as the one on the phone is this normal?

Strange, I have had no problems for T68m and HBH-10.
I could control HBH-10 volume using T68m, not sure this apply to your Motorola headset

The volume of the Motorola headset is low, while the HBH-10/15/20 is louder. It's because of the headset, not the phone!

yeah it is 2nd hand .. but it is only 2-3 wk old when i bought it .. the person even had the recipt when he sold to me ... but the way it cost him SGD$298 ...

I've just bought the Motorola Headset for CHF 290.-, that's about 180$ or 200 Euro. Doesn't look too bad so far, it's just a pity the headset can't be used when charging it...
But at least pairing was no problem, and sound quality and volume is ok for me (most of the time I have the phonevolume on 5 or 6 anyway, so I'm not bothered by the weaker speaker
