i just found these pictures of the z1010. im sorry if they have already been posted
There are a few more pictures and clubsonyericsson.com, and thats where i found these btw. they also have updated specs and a video of it! i think it looks cool

i dont know why they didnt put in a memory stick slot for the t610 or even z600, maybe they cant handle it. But back to the Z1010, why is the menu layout almost identical to the T610/Z600?? couldnt they have come up with something new?

The menu will surely look different when the phone reaches the stores. But on the otherhand it will probably look similar to t610. 'Why would they change a good and popular menustructure?

The UI is just a cover. The question is what's under the hood. Hopefully an new and powerful platform.
I have seen the Z1010 live (well, not a working phone, but a dummy) and it's not much smaller than the P800.
I guess one of the reasons they didn't put a Memory Stick Duo into the T610 and Z600 is lack of space. If you take a look at the P800, the Memory stick goes very very far into it. It would be quite difficult to accomodate it in the small cases of these phones.

yeah i guess you guys are right. it is only a prototype, so we should wait to see what the final version will be like. also, now that i think about it, the menu layout is not broken, so why fix it?
anyway, i really like the phone so far overall, except that i need to know the size of the internal memory(the 2mb in the T610 are not enough).
