Hi all,
I've been using Opera for a wnile now, but all of a sudden yesterday the font of all the text changed!
I didn't change anything (as far as I know) and I want to change it back to the original font, can any of u help me?
And yes I have tried searching, but I'm sure most of u know the search engine leaves a lot to be desired!

Cheers,
Simon

When I changed the font size, It looked like the font type changed.

Anyway if you go to 'preferences' you've got 'Fallback' option.

Hope it helps.

I havent changed the font size or the encoding, just tried changing them both and cant get it back to normal.

Heres a screenshot of esato. Is this the font everyone else sees as I'm sure mine used to be different!

Am I the only person to experience the crazy font change?

Hope someone can help,

Cheers,

Simon

ive gota problem to but not just with opera fonts but it happens there aswell in sentences in various ares of my p800 the last few characters of a word are missing eg 'Memory Stick' would read 'Memory St--' and in contacts the same, names are missing the last letters in them, in opera and others progs also the zoom seems not to wotk properly and in opera my font sometimes looks garbled, characters are on top of one another etc

i have the latest firmware as of 12/09/2003---- R2D02
and this prob was there before and after update

sorry if i changed the subject somewhat of your original post, i just think we've similar probs!!
thanx

Sounds a bit strange, have u tried a master reset or the hidden menu to totally wipe it?

So no one else has experienced this font then? Maybe I should keep it and sell it as a unique p800 with specialist font!

I'd still like to know how it got changed and how I can change it back tho?
