Hi,

Unfortunately I deleted a photo used as background on my T68i. This photo still appears as background on my phone but it is nomore available in my photo gallery. I would be very grateful if someone of you could give me any suggestion in order to recover (save back) this image to the phone again or a computer (I have an Apple iMac with a bluetooth capability, anyway I could also use a PC).

Thanks a lot!

This is only a guess but couldn't you copy the current theme you're using to a pc and use Theme Creator Pro 3G to extract the wallpaper? If you edit the theme on the PC it puts all image files into a temp folder. That's the only way I can think of.

Sorry, I didn't explain properly. For background I meant the stand-by screen, that was a photo taken by the Communicam (unfortunately that photo was moved from there).

Thanks anyway for your help.

You mean the wallpaper on the main screen? If this is so you can retrieve it the way I said. A copy of the image you use as wallpaper is put into the theme file.

@marksurry
It's not in the theme file if it was loaded/set separatly.

@mjg
What phone do you use? T68? On my T610, if I delete a picture set as a wallpaper, the wallpaper disappears. I remember on my old T68, I could delete the pic set as wallpaper, but the wallpaper remained. If that's the case, I don't think there is any way to recover the pic...
...If you really need it, you can always take a picture of it (the display)with a digital camera...

Thanks wrath000. Yes, I've already noticed that the image wasn't in the theme file, cause after checking the classic theme I've found the standard Sony-Ericsson screen, definitively loosing my image.

At least I've tried. Thanks anyway.
