Does antony know how to extend the number of rings before voicemail kicks in?
I have called o2 and SE, both passed the buck to each other and I'm none the wiser....
Meanwhile I'm missing most of my calls and spending loads calling voicemail....

HELP....

Thanks in advance in any help

What phone have you got? According to the thread below it can't be more than 30 seconds on a T610.

Absolutely it's a network function! And there should be a series of coded keys presses that can change that. Your carrier's CS should be able to provide that.

With my carrier, it's "**61*321**N#[send]", where
321 - Voicemail number
N - Number of seconds before divert

I have mine set to the max 30s. I don't need to feed extra $$ to the carriers for unnecessary diversion to VM.

N = 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and no other value.
