Just bought at CSS-20 deskstand with speaker phone. Trying to hook it up so I can use the stand as my main sync station and run Remote P800 from it. Connected the CSS-20 to PC using the DCU-11 usb cable but the P800 Suite version 1.5.1 only seems to support using the SE Cradle that comes with the phone. Help! Can it be true. Surely not. Anyone managed to link the P800 with the DCU-11 and run PC Suite and Remote P800? I do hope so. At the moment when I run the suite it just cannot find the phone on COM15 which is where the DCU-11 is located. Hope someone has some words of wisdom.

At the SE Support web site I noticed that there is a seperate USB driver for the DSS-20. Have you tried this?

the Sync Station of the P800 (at least the one i have) is DCU-11 (Data Cable USB, 11-pin). if u look for it in ur PC's Device Manager, you will see.

Many thanks for the link to the CSS-20 driver. Much appreciated. I could not find it for love or money! Have got the driver but now no way of installing it. I am using the DCU-11 to connect the CSS-20 to the PC and the machine does not detect the device. I have tried just adding it as an additional port but not happy with that either. Grrr! Still it would not be any fun if it all just worked first time. Thanks again, will let you know if I succeed. Matthew

I assume you tried the option suggested on the SE web site to "Add New Hardware" manually from the control panel? Anyway good luck.
