Hi, this is my first post here, just wanted to ask if someone knows where i can find the standard ring-tones that existed in the T39.
I used the High Pitch ring-tone in the T39, unfortunately in the P800 i only see polyphonic ring-tones. I personally don't like polyphonic ring-tones and feel that they don't sound as loud as the old ones i used in the T39, i've been loosing a lot of call because of that...

Also, one more thing, is there a way to use increasing volume ring-tones?

Thank you,
Helder Luis

@helderluis

Welcome to Esato
If you still have your T39 or if someone else has one near you, you can try beaming the tones to your P800. Non-polyphonic tones sound pretty loud when they are transferred to the P800 so give it a shot. I think I have the standard tones as Midi files or even IMY files which you can use on your P800. Send me your email in a private message and I will send them to you if I find them. If not, then your best bet is to wait till someone who does have them offers to send them to you on the forum in pretty much the same way I am.

On increasing your ringtone volume, go into Phone > Edit > Preferences > Sounds and Alerts and from there adjust the slider for the Handheld volume. That should do it.

Hi, thanks for the reply...

About the increasing volume, i was asking about the progressive volume ring-tone... you know... in the t39 one could set it up in a way that it would start to ring very low and progressively increasing volume.

Thanks for the help...

@helderluis
You can activate/deactivate Increasing Ring on your T610 in pretty much the same you that you do on the T39m.

Menu: Settings > Sounds and Alerts > Increasing Ring

Hope this helps...
