Just wondering if there is an answer out there, couldn't find it on esato. For some reason when my phone starts ringing it doesn't start off with the ringtone that i choose. It starts off with a normal "ring ring" then it goes into the ringtone that i chose. Just wondering if it's like that for all t610 phones or is mine just defective or a setting that i can change. Thanks in Advance.

The answer is out there... as is the truth.
That's to protect your ears. It starts with a lower volume and gets louder after some seconds. Same with the t310 etc.

Yeah I know that the t6xx has that unchangable increasing ring but the wierd thing is that it starts off as a "ring ring" ringtone but not my chosen ringtone. Its goes "ring ring" then into my ringtone.

R3A was mentioned on Esato a while back but it never surfaced for consumers and last week a few posts here mentioned R3B, incuding this one which has a link through to a developer page describing improved performance of Java.
