A couple questions.
How much are GPRS calls on Virgin mobile?
Second, how reliable is the t68i on a bluetooth connection to access the internet on a laptop?

Not sure that they actually do GPRS - there's no mention of it on their site, and they don't even mention GPRS on any of the phones they sell (not even the ones that have it).
As far as Bluetooth goes - it's excellent. Just make sure you buy a TDK adaptor (some others are good too).
Don't buy a 3com.
