hey guys,

My house has absolutely no reception, so I have to constantly forward my phone to my home number. What is the quickest way to call forward the phone (always call-forward). I need some sort of a short cut because I have to go into the phone prefrences to do it. Hope theres a better way.

Depending on your phone model...

You can set the call divert for a profile you use at home...

Take your pick from below. You can then save it as a quick dial, to quickly forward, u can then press 1# (for instance)

Call Forward Unconditional
All incoming calls are forwarded directly to another number, without your phone even ringing.

**21 (target number)#

Take off call forward:

##21#

Call Forward on Busy
If your line is busy, the call is forwarded directly to another number.

**67*(target number) #

Take off call forward:

##67#

Note! Call Forwarding does not work if Call Waiting is in use.

Call Forward not Reachable
If your phone is not turned on or it is out of network reach, calls are forwarded to another number.

**62* (target number) #

Take off call forward:

##62#

Call Forward no Reply
When the call is not answered within a certain time, the call is forwarded to a selected number. The default value is 20 seconds, but you can change it to e.g. 15 seconds using the following command:

**61*(target number)**15#

Take off call forward:

##61 #

dna-subscriptions have a pre-programmed call forward into the dna-voice mail, when the phone is not on or it is out of network reach, or when the call is not answered.

When you want to set a call forward for different call types, the desired type code must be included in the dialing series:

**21*(target number)*PT#, where PT is call type: voice 11, fax 13, data 20.

Call Forward abroad
Call Forward abroad is set in the same way as for domestic calls, but the international access code, the + sign, is added at the beginning. Also remember to dial the country code (the entire number) and the internal dialing code (without the first number).

When you set, for example, a call forward from your phone to the UK, you are charged for the transferring of the call from Finland to the UK

I use a different technique...

In flip closed mode, click forward(toward you) on the jog dial.
Scroll down to calls, then scroll to forward all calls.

You'll have to set up the phone number in the preferences the first time, but after that, it will stay there.

Hi guys why so much hassle? Go to Phone > Edit > Preferences> divert Calls and all the options above are there for voice as well as data calls.

Or am I tottally mistaken?:(
