> SMS Tone Help for P800

Can somebody pls help me, I've recently bought a P800 and want to change the SMS alert tone. My guide tells me to tap 'alerts' from the control panel and then to check the 'display notification message' box. There is no 'alerts' option, only sounds and alerts and when I open that, there is no display notification message box to check. Please help, I've read my manual back to front and I'm still confuzzled.
