Ok yes i did search but the other threads look kinda dead now, except mixins thread but that is more photoshop related.
anywayz... I got an extra housing for the p800. Bought some nice paint designed really for mag wheels in a graphite finish... painted it, let it dry in an oven at the lowest setting (lets the paint dry real smooth as opposed to just air drying, use it on my models all the time so i know it doesnt hurt plastic). Lemme tell you the finish looks damn good, it suits the phone too, even the keypad. Makes it look real classy like an executive gadget and seeing that it is wheel paint it is tough paint, i put on several coats and apposed to the flat finish it shows on the cap, the oven produced a smooth gloss finish. Didnt need clear coat after all...
Now all i gotta do it take pics and post em...

uuugh!!! i just tried taking pics of it with my t300 and I am reminded just how crappy the mca 25 cam is in comparison to the cam on the p800, i can post em if you want, but they dont show any detail. I am gonna have to wait till tommorow morning to try taking pics with someone else's camera cuz I dont have any other digital camera... dammit!!!
