I've recently upgraded to the T610 on orange thinking that the only changes would be and extra theme and a few buttons... when i got the phone and the SIM card was made active etc... There were 2 themes - Classic and Orange (touch poo really) and about 4 ringtones. Is this right? as I used 1MB of GPRS in 1 day just replacing bits of the phone.

1) What phone did you upgrade from?

2) 1MB - what the heck have you been downloading.

I upgraded to an Orange T610 from my T68i and that was pretty much all I had as well. There was also a couple of games (Minigolf, Qbert and something else).

@mwright

not sure about the 1MB. I was solely relying on a wap site for themes/ringtones etc... as i don't have a bluetooth connector.

It was a motorola C350, but that wasn't the original contract phone.

One other thing - where is the joystick counter? is this part of the same problem?

I recently brought a T610 on orange, I have the same things as you have suggested above, but I also have a load of strange pictures in my pictures that I can't get rid of.

I have tried the suggestion of doing a master reset and then filling up the memory. Then opening my pictures and then deleting them before they turn from hour glasses in to little pics.

I have also tried the above but when the mem is full assigning them to a contact and it gives you the option to delete them. But it always leaves one picture and the when I reset again, they are all back again.

Does any one have a suggestion?

I have also tried the 13sec trick and the tip given in the getting rid of vodafone stuff.
