When I receive an SMS, does it show the time received using my clock or does it show the senders phone time? Because i've just noticed that from a received msg from abroad and I wanted to make sure.
Does this depend on the software of the phone? or does it depend on the network provider? are there settings that can be changed to show my time?

I'm in Sri Lanka but I can't send SMS to Netherlands, my operator says Netherlands barred SMS from Sri Lanka. Why is that?
