Just wanted to share a P800 story:
About a month ago, I posted saying that I had newfound respect for SE, blah blah blah..Well, I got a new phone instead of the corrupted old P800, under warranty. I'm not 100% sure if it's a new phone, except for it has absolutely no scartches, and smells new
Now the box the phone came in was marked R1B as the phone's software version. I called them, and they gave me their "P800 Upgrades Hotline". I called, they sent me a self-addressed return package the very next day. I mailed the phone to them and got it back yesterday, with R2F. Now we're talking! I love it.
I actually didn't know that firmware upgrades were possible in the US, but $37 later, I'm still a happy SE customer. (I know it's probably free in the EU)
