I have have downloaded dBpowerAMP Music Converter.
How do I do I convert Mp3´s to ogg´s?
I dont under stand how to do.
Plzzz explain for me.

wollyka - sorry you're right, need to download the ogg codec

u must first download the ogg codec from the dpoweramp website and install it.when done, u can right click an mp3 or wav file and choose convert to ogg

DONT convert, converting a mp3 to an ogg will ALWAYS give very bad results. going from a lossy format (mp3) to another lossy format (ogg) looses too much data and you need to encode at a high rate to get even a reasonable sounding song. to see the advantages of ogg you must rip the tracks to ogg from cd or download from ogg release groups.

does anyone else find tgat their pc totally locks up until the conversion finishes? or is that just me? also,i convert mp3s to oggs all the time,and they sound fine coming out of my headphones!
