I am just wondering... if we use GPRS and somehow we fit ICQ in our mobile, then will we only be charged when people write us a message or we send out a message? So if I am in N/A mode for 10 hours and no one send me a msg and I dont send out any, then there will be no charge?

Yeah , you can use your ICQ via wap88.com , but I heard that you can't get messages from people our of your wap88.com contact list and there is a limit for 8 people per ICQ UIN.
And good news , wap88.com is open again.

I manage to login into wap88.com however, when my friend is online ( using normal web), his name do not appear under my online list (wap). My friend told me that I am on his online list though.
Please advice.
