OK, I've posted here before but didn't get any useful help. Let's try again:
I'm trying to change the language on my p800, but if i use Download Language wizard, it says "Coulden't find any languagefiles!", eventhough I have downloaded and placed the languagefiles in the right folder. When I choose the other alternative, Internet, I get the same message! I've even downloaded PC 1.5.1, still no change

Don't use the program that SE makes for it.. just click on the .sis file of the language you want to install and it will normally be no problem.

Attention: different language version for the different firmware.

MAKE SURE THE LANGUAGE YOU DOWNLOADED WAS COMPATIABLE WITH YOUR CURRENT FIRMWARE.

Yes, another guy (read the other thread!) had the same firmware version and he downloaded the same languagepack and no problems for him! And, no there is now swedish alternative in the controlpanel-language

Phone R2F
Blutooth: R5A
Organizer: R2B03
CDA: Lost, internal format

So, the language pack says I've got the wrong version when I'm trying to install it, and SE only got language packs for:
Organizer software version: CXC162001 R1F, Software version cxc162001 R1F
Organizer software version: CXC162001 R1G, Software version cxc162001 R1G
Organizer software version: CXC162001 R5A, Software version cxc162001 R5A
Organizer software version: CXC162001 R2A, Software version cxc162001 R2A

So there is no language pack for R2F, but this other guy had no problem using the pack for R1F!

So? Should I even bother to download the other packs & try?

Ah Yes! It worked! Thank you wollyka so very much!

But now I have a question. If the first language pack was made for R2B03 (Wich is the first firmware version, is 'nt it?) when, for instance the "mute camera" option, didn't exist. Then, howcome it's correctly translated to swedish in my phone now (I've got R2F)? I mean, they coulden't have translated "mute camera" in R2B03, if it didn't exist at that time. Or do SE already know what they will change in the p800? If so, one should be able to tell what will change in further firmware versions (if there will be any), just by looking into the languge packs!
