my phone goes to YSOAD (Yellow Screen Of Annoying Death) every few hours, is it worth asking for a warranty replacemen?

aka the dreaded Tod (Triangle of Death). My phone (info in siggy) is pretty stable, with ToDs 1-2 times per week max. What are you doing with it? The same thing when it goes, or do ToDs appear randomly? Many people recommend a format of C:\ + restore from time to time...
