HI all, i have a IRDA & Bluetooth conection on my pc, when i use the IRDA it give me the option of overwriting the contacts in the phone or in outlook but when use ther bluetooth it dont. I have just sorted out all my contacts in my phone and would like to sync it and overwrite all the info in outlook so i can do a reset on the phone but when i sync it just changes the phone back to how it was before (after spending a kin hour sorting all the contacts out) can someone please tell me why

When you are syncing over bluetooth are you using XTNDConnect, or the bluetooth PIM sync?
