> Average 128mb Memory Stick Duo Prices
Bookmark topic
Having just learned to convert .mp3 to .ogg and being amazed at the minimal loss of quality when reducing the bitrate, I am now considering using my P800 as a music player when I'm on the move. I understand that the 16mb memory stick that came with my phone will be useless for this so I might look to buy a 128mb stick. I've looked on ebay and I know the starting price is around £60, but does anyone have any idea what they might actually end up selling for??
BTW - I am not only new to message forums and my P800, I'm also new to E-Bay so excuse my ignorance if what I've just said sounds thick.

AIl depends on the buyers, ofc, but 60£ should be an OK price. I paid 80 for mine, but I had to have it quickly. My advice is to take it easy, bid low and just wait a little. (With the new sticks arriving now, I'd expect to see a pricedrop very soon.)

I've been watching the prices on eBay and they are coming down. The interestig thing is that the new Duo stickc (blue not white) are already cheaper than the older Duos and these new ones have only been in circulation for a few weeks. I saw one Duo 128mb example for 51GBP. Wait a week or so and see what happens to the prices.
Also the total price depends on where you are. If you are in the UK and buy a Duo from the US from Ebay you will to have about $10 shipping and if the item is not marked as gift or the value is not stated as below 18GBP, customs in the UK may add VAT and import duty.

serious hank stope opening basic question threads. Many of your questions are questions which have been covered long ago use the search function and read around instead of posting your basic questions as the answers are not actually hard to find.

Sorry, I didn't reallise you were never new. You seem to have placed quite alot of replies all saying the same thing 'use the search' etc. I understand that you have a problem with newbies but if you have nothing positive to say then would it not be better if you just said nothing at all??
