Hi,
does one of you know any P800 apps that would allow text editing, and the resulting text files to be synchronised with a PC ?
I use Lotus Notes and not Outlook, as such I can't sync the Jotter files (which can only be sync'ed with Outlook). SE told me they have no plan to increase the functionnality of their sync apps - they foolishly don't know that Lotus Notes is a makret share leader in business environments...
Any hints welcome !

Firstly, I have used Lotus Notes and Outlook and I think they are both poor!
Regarding your issue - why not use Contacts. You could create some contacts e.g. 001Businessthingx and then include your note in the notes part of the contact. Also, the naming scheme will always keep your "notes" away from the real contacts. Not ideal I agree.

Sounds like one way to do it, although indeed not the ideal one. But thanks for the tip !
I still do love my P800 but sincerely a bunch of good applications more would be perfect... When I was still a poor PPC user, good note taking and sync programs were so easy to find (ListPro, ...).

Ahh...you mean like ListPro (I used this with my Clie).
Well you should look at HandySafe then. Have a look at

if you need any software go to handango and they have a whole new section devoted to the p800 and its software and games under the mobile section
