Well, when I now plug it in, and press the answer button to activate voice dialing, I hear no tone, and when I call someone, the sound does not come out through the earphones. It doesn't come out through the phones speaker as well.
Please help.

Works perfect on the t68i.
On the t610 - works intermittently - when the phone goes into sleep mode the radio shuts off. Only works when there is some form of activity on the phone.
Any suggestions if I am doing something wrong would be appreciated.

Sounds like the HPR-20 is faulty. I'm currently using a T610 and use my HPR-20 sometimes. Never had any problems though. Try to get it replaced.
