Hi,

Lately, the P810 launched in UK but not in Asia.

In Oct, Handspring Treo 600 and Palm new Smart Phone will launched in Asia.

It is very tempting to have those new phone, especially, the P810 and Treo 600. But the problem is, if I sell my P800 now, I will make a big loss. End up, I have to pay another big sum of money for the new phone.

It is really hard to go after the latest/good smart phone...... What will you do then?

hang on to your P800. Why would you exchange it bif it's still an excellent device and you don't really have the cash flow to buy anything new anyway?

Why do you have to have the latest, rather than the best? What;'s wrong with your P800?

And what do you mean by that? To the best of my knowledge, it is not released anywhere..... in fact still not officially announced.

Nomad just stick with the P800 for now.....Its a great device, why would you ditch it for a crappy ass Palm OS phone? Palm sucks! The P810/900 hasnt even been announced yet and its going to be EXPENSIVE! Im guessing around 1500-2000 USD at launch,im gonna wait for the price to drop to around 650.00 and for all the bugs to be worked out before I buy.....

The Tero 600 has no BT, only 160x160 resolution and has an unattractive ariel. IMO the Treo 600 would be a backward step from P800 ownership.

Hi Jah,

The one best thing about the Treo 600 is the Keyboard + the Solid phone body. Unlike P800, it creates creaky sounds, feel so fragile.

My P800 use to creak when it was blue,I changed it to grey and it doesnt feel like a toy anymore,no creaks squeeks or rattles.

Most sources are last days talking for around half november... and take a look at this shop (not private retail, only a grossit)
http://www.karlo.de/shop/produktinfo.asp?p=MC-ER-B023
There can shops order their P900 allready....

Some german site does put the P900 in pre-order for around 750-800€... (the P800 is now around 520€ on the net). it seems they will be the first to get them.. loll
This will be the right price, you can be sure of that !! It's still only a facelifting of the P800 with no real changes....
