The connecting device (SynchStation) is included when you buy the mobile. But the PC Suite for the P800 will not work with Outlook Express. You'll need Outlook/Lotus Notes. Also, the Phone Settings application is different from that of the T68i (which I'm assuming you're using). For the P800, you will not be able to synch your contacts or SMS's; the options do not exist. Instead, you do a full backup (or restore) of all the data/applications the phone in one go.

If you wanted to have an upgrade just sync your phone and use back up. don't use microsoft cause it's not good in syncing phone numbers. NOTE: YOU WILL LOOSE PHONE NUMBERS for sure!!! if you sync with microsoft

Sorry jimbobskibobski + yyzpek, but you are wrong... in a way.
I have Win XP Home, Outlook Express and PCSuite 1.5.1. The address book contacts can be sync'd - which I find works extremely well. The Calendar et al do NOT sync.

I've got Windows 98 and have MS Outlook and Outlook Express. I don't know why but I cannot synch with MS Outlook despite many attempts at loading and reloading the PC Suite software. Outlook Express synchs by default but only contacts.
Any assitance to enable me to synch with MS Outlook taskes and calendar would be gratefully received.
