This failing applications list is becoming a REAL ball-ache:
It sometimes blanks even when you have NOT just installed!
If U try closing and restarting "Applications" process it can lose all groupings. Ditto if you just run uninstall as a workaround fix
If u turn off and on like you're supposed to, it sometimes loses all groupings
Once you have enuff apps installed, it seems to blank EVERY f'ing new installation!
Sman and Droll: You guys have rooted out the problem and addressed it in Sman. Can we have an application, to run at startup, that looks for this problem and rectifies it every boot? Perhaps it's time for a p800 version of hackz (or whatever I used to use on my Lame Pilot).
Purpose of this thread: Lets get some more detail on when it goes wrong so that these guys know what events to watch out for.
