Anyone know where the SC Locator went on the official
site?
Just wanted to know my nearest centre and the locator had dissapeared!

SE don't link to it anywhere on their site anymore, but I've seen the direct link to the page posted in here a few times. A search might find it for you.
It would be best for you to just phone SE though because the online tool may well be getting out of date now.

Anyway, perhaps someone here can help. I just got my T630, and hope that an upgrade from r4c to r6 will get rid of some of the annoying bugs (no voice memo recording through headset, errors with iSync, my friends missing, etc). Usually Cellular Services on Reigate rd in Brighton are good, but after saying they could do it, I left my phone with them only to find that they can't download the r6 software.
So, is there another service centre near Brighton, UK?

Update: I've now been on hold for 26+ minutes... I give up!

It was a very useful tool , say if I want to locate a service point in Portugal. I can't just call up the Portuguese helpline and ask for it.
You can still use the online email form, I guess.

If you email them, they will give you a number to call and you can find out details about your closest service centre by asking whoever picks the phone up when you call the number.
