My t300 is still under warrenty but it keeps stopping and crashing. When i turn it on it will sometimes light up then crash. to get it back on i have to take the battery out and leave it for a while. Should I send it back. Who do i ring.

I am still waiting for a replacement charger from them ordered 3 weeks ago so I think that the service is poor. anyone else had problems??
