I recently purchased T310 handset and Irda to surf the internet via GPRS to PC. I activated the Orage Access service (GPRS/APN) but I was not able to connect to net via mobile as I was getting error messege "requested parametere not supported"!!. After contacting executive he informed me that "Sonyericsson T310 does not supports Orange Access!!!" and also told me to upgarade firmware.
my existing firmware is R1F005

Please help me to solve the problem
Please also give me the address of sites who provides free se t310 firmwares.

You may have tried this but have you got the apn to internet as opposed to wap which is the default setting. Also check gprs is switched on as your sp normally do this via a sim update

U can get firmware from SE service centre they will upgrade it for free.The latest firmware is R3B003.
I think u can access GPRS from T310 with Orange.
Ask orange for GPRS setttings,then try again.
