How can you tell if the p800 is on all networks without inserting another sim card?

Network = 5
Network subset = 5
Service provider = 5
corporate = 5
Does this mean my phone is open to all ????????????

Mine only shows:
"locked" Network Subset
upon
clicking on this it takes me to another menu and says:
Enter NSCK" :___________________
Attempts Left: 5
MNC Length: 2 "
This obviously means its locked, what exactly is a NSCK? Also, why does my "SIM_ME Depersonalize" menu show only one locked network subset??
