Ok, I have read through the most of the posts about setting up a mail account on a cell phone. I donīt get it to work and Iīm still unsure on this:
Is it possible to set up the same mail account which I got from my ADSL provider? You donīt have to explain the setup procedure - there are many posts about that - I just wanīt to know if itīs meaningless to continue trying. My phone is a T610 with Vodaphone 60 (the phone is not locked).

What do you mean by ADSL provider mate? After a lot of messing around I managed to access my Orange.net email from my T610.

ADSL - Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (Broadband)
KungKrille probably means ISPs e-mail account...

I can send and receive my Orange.net pop3 email on my T610 using either GPRS or dial-up (using Freeserve anytime as the ISP).

Both work fine.

I have followed the excellent tutorial, but it must be something I have missed somewhere. Have to go through all settings again

Do you get error messages, or does it simply not work?
