hi. i have r7a003 and some problems. my volume is sometimes very low, and as far as i can tell its competely random... i set it to high, but when i start my next call, it's 2/8, and i can't even tell if the call is succesful or not... and i have this phone for about half a year, but i never had this problem before. what should i do? i'll try to backup everything then do a master reset, but i'll accept any suggestions

I had a similar problem and it was because the slide button on the side is broken or not in the proper place. Bhang
