it doesn't matter how old your T68 is you can still upgrade it to T68i firmware. None of what you have shown gives an accurate idea of the age of the phone you need to check the sticker under the battery for the build week number in the form of yyWww where yy is year and ww is week number

and there shld be a number like

or something
the first numer is the yr
second is the week
