frontpage is just a web page designing tool and there is no special requirements for what type of web site you put the pages created in that on.
most ISPs provide free web space with your internet account so check that out first

U only need ftp access. U can then upload files made in frontpage using an ftp programme. www.coffeecup.com has a good free one. I use both as frontpage wont let u tamper with certain files.
