Oh - u mean screenshot of the actual theme???
You can try this (maybe long way & not right, as I don't maker themes yet)

Do u have a simple art package?
Open ur theme tool.
Just hit print screen - cut 'n' paste the picture of your screen dump with open theme.

Cut around the pic & save it as a .gif or .jpg file & voila.
