you should mention that when giving the details you did because that means its only delayed to CPW.
Places like Expansys and mphone etc etc often get phones way before CPW because they don't have to set up tarriffs for each of the networks and all the other overheads associated with selling phones on contracts

Its not related to the setup of tariffs or overheads, its simply down to SE or whatever manufacturer to give us the stock.
Sometimes we receive stock before the networks have given approval and therefore can only sell offline to start...
