Can anyone tell me exactly where it is? I need to upgrade the firmware, so if anyone has had it done around here, it would really help to know where to go.

From Dyke road turn onto Millers road take the first left, Reigate road, drive to the end of the road and its on the right.
I took my T610 along for a firmware upgrade a while back, after half an hour or so they gave the phone back saying that it didn't respond to the update, sounded like a fob off to me, I wasn't very impressed but didn't have time to persue it any further,
let me know if you're successful.

they only do upgrades monday to friday. they are open on sat morning but only to accept phones for work to be done during the week
