Hi All, can someone tell me where or how to change the sync settings. I want to sync my phone and save all to outlook but everytime i sync it changes the phone book in the phone (deleting new contacts) so all the new contacts get removed, ive added them about 5 times and everytime i sync they go again, I have all my contacts listed in outlook and before it gave me a option of overwriting the phone or outlook but it dont anymore, anyone HELP

Go into settings, and turn on "Full synchronization". That will cause XTND to do full sync next time your sync., and ask you if you want to overwrite or join records

Before you do a full sync, just make sure you make your changes (if any) either only on PC or only on phone. If you make your changes on both PC and phone, you will have to join records to keep all your changes and get doubleposts...
