Romeo - bluetooth remote control
Salling Clicker - better bluetooth remote control
GSM Remote - send SMS, edit SIM contacts
Apple iSync - synchronise address book and calendar
Apple iCal - calendar for above
Apple Address Book (built-in) - edit contacts, send/receive SMSs, answer calls

Currently the Mac bluetooth implementation doesn't actually allow you to talk over bluetooth. When your phone is paired with the Mac and Address Book and you get an incoming call, a window pops-up telling you the caller's name and number etc. You can then click 'Answer', Voicemail' or 'SMS Reply'.

'Answer' does answer the call but to talk to the caller you do have to pick up the phone.

'Voicemail' instantly sends the caller to your voicemail if set-up

'SMS Reply' allows you to send an SMS to the caller from the Mac via your phone.

Not if you own a Desk Speaker Stand, which is a great accessory if you're sitting at your desk all day and don't want to pick up the SE and click software buttons for every incoming call. Great for handsfree calling and answering. If you use voice call with the wonder word feature, you can call your contacts without ever touching the phone. And the audio quality is great.
