> Memory Stick Problem

Today i brought a memory stick for use on my p800 from Dixons. When i got it home and opened it the actual stick wouldnt go in to the phone. When i compared the new memory stick with the free one i got with my phone it was totally different in size?!
This is really doing my head in, is their a trick to get it in?

maybe you got a different memory card, either an SD or an MMC, or maybe you were just plain stupid to take out the memory stick that comes with the P800 and compare it to the memory card you purchased. if you were really smart, you would go back to the store and have it exchanged into a SONY MEMORY STICK DUO, now i dont know if things cant get any clearer than this for you, or is my english too complicated for you to comprehend? anyways, if you are a faker, then screw you biatch! gago ka kasi kaya mali yung binili mo

thanks for your help i did a search and figured out i need a special card called DUO. They are smaller and lighter than normal sticks i will go back tomorrow and change it thanks for your help. And what is Blue's problem?

Nixin, instead of cutting the stick you could try just SHOVING the thing into the slot, just push and push, it won't hurt the P800. Yup. Or if all else fails, just HAMMER THE THING IN with a ruddy SLEDGEHAMMER.
The above methods will save you the trouble of going back to the shop... Try it!

If none of this works buy some pc memory whatever kind it doesnt matter, then put that on top of your phone on your desk, then put a pencil up each nostril and smash your face against the p800. After 2 or 3 smacks u should be fine
