Hi please be gentle with me I am new. I hear everyone talking about upgrading from this to that but tell me -how do you know what software is in your phone from new? I have a brand new T68m and am having probs with my HBH-20 I have read lots of other posts and it looks like im not the only one.When bluetooth is set to automatic sometimes the HBH-20 will ring when I get a call and sometimes it wont. There doesnt seem to be any reason for this. The only way I have found to rectify this is to set bluetooth to on but then the battery in the phone seems to take a bit of a hammering.
Sorry to bang on but I have spent a lot of money and as yet im not entirely happy. Please help!!

Then push 1 twice and at the top of screen it should state what software version you have. R2B013 is the latest.
