to find where my local sony service centre, I live in Norfolk, Norwich to be precise. I've looked MANY a time on
www.sonyericsson.com website to find and try and locate my nearest service centre, but I can't, because theres no specific link to it. So if you could guide me to where it is that would be great. Before you say it, I have already tried searching the esato forums, but they all say check out the sony website, well I have, and I can't find it - so I guess I might be blind? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also could you tell me what the latest firmware for the t300 is? R1G was the last time I looked... my phone is still on R1B so its in desperate need of upgrading!

They have removed the link from their site, but someone on here has posted it before, can't remember what it is though, so you'll just have to hope that the person who knows see's this thread.

Latest is R1G afaik. At www.sonyericsson.com it's under 'support' > 'dealer locator' i guess.. Good luck!

I have just phoned sony to find a Sony center in Southampton. The email does not work but you get a reply quickly stating your question is in hand. One week later and still no reply !!
The phone number you want is 08705237237 and they will tell you a local sony center.
As for your software for the t300 there is a website that gives all the latest software for all sony phones. Use the search as I have forgotten.

Thanks, gave sony a rang and they were very helpful. Found out my nearest centre is in Great Yarmouth. Unfortunately they don't deal with 'Orange' network phones, well none of the sony service centres do apparently as its some kinda Orange provocative - can anyone confirm this? so having to send it to some company called Celestico in Shropshire.
