1-I can't find out if it is a problem when speaking with sb. or playing poly's... Pls tell me..
2-Is

supposed to change the speaker ot the 610's which are manufactured ¡Üw22?
3-While playing poly's, the basses are real low (you can't hear them if you don't listen carefully) but the trebles are very high (which actually makes your ears hurt)... Has that got anything to do with this speaker problem?

I'm also having troubles while speaking with sb. on the phone; I have to be in a very quiet environment and listen very carefully to be able to hear the person on the other side... Is it also caused by this speaker prob?

By the way, I have w22, R1L 610...

2. The hissing is during the conversation
3. You can't really expect hard bass from a phone speaker!
4. If you can't hear other people, turn up the sound, or ask them to speak louder
5. You can upgrade your firmware to latest version
