Hi,

i am wanting to contact eBay and cannot find an email address on their site. Please can someone help me out.

Here is the situation.
I had a non-paying bider and now wish to claim back my final fee, however it is over the 30days so i cant view the item and i cannot remember the code to tell eBay. I was hoping that they could search through my history and find it for me. Please can someone help me out.

Do you not have a single email from ebay regarding the listing confirmation or end of auction etc etc because they will all mention the item number?

Anyway the only way I have ever been able to contact ebay is on their contact page. They never advertise direct email addresses that I have seen anywhere from their site map.

Anyway if you go to your accounts page and click on "view account status" then in there you can choose the option to view a summary, including item number, for every transaction "Ever since I joined eBay"

The one mentioned in that thread is ukwebform@ebay.com but that is a very generic email account and I don't know how quick the response will be. Using the form I mentioned in my first reply the email is directed exactly at the person who will deal with the particular inquiry
